Mynichi Kendo Club, Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur (JCKL), its committee members, instructors, coaches, all fellow kendo practitioners/members and any visiting Kendo practitioners/members shall not and cannot be held liable should any injury or death howsoever caused during Kendo practice sessions undertaken. Mynichi Kendo Club, JCKL, its committee members, instructors, coaches, all fellow Kendo practitioners/members and any visiting Kendo practitioners/members disclaims and accept no liability for any injury or death however caused during Kendo practice sessions undertaken.
